Collaborationbetween analysts and business doesn't have to endin misunderstandings and frustration.If you're tired ofvague expectations, poorly framed questions, and analyses that don't lead to decisions — this training will show you how to change that.

You will learn how toeffectively communicate with internal clients and build a partnership based on understanding. You will learnthe model of the analytical process, whichwill organize collaboration, facilitate role division, and allow for quality control of analyses.

The meeting will be interactive, with elements of group work and discussions with the facilitators and other participants.

The training takes place online on Google Meet using a Miro board (no account creation needed, simple basic usage). A working microphone and camera are required (it's best to use a computer).

Why are decisions not made solely based on data from the analyst? Familiarity with decision-making methods and the diversity of contexts in business.

How to organize work with questions and requirements from internal clients, work with data, and discussions around results into a cohesive process?

How to translate questions from an "internal" business client into analytical questions. The framework of a "good business question."
