The "How to Effectively Use Data for Digital Product Development" training will help organize this chaos. Participants will learn to recognize, define, and implement the right success criteria for their products, connect product metrics with company KPIs, and build a practical measurement model supporting development decisions. As a result, the entire team will gain a common data language and tools to work on the product in a measurable, focused, and aligned way with organizational goals.

Implementation Plan

The format is interactive, with elements of group work and discussions with the trainers and other participants.
The training takes place online on Google Meet using the Miro board (no account creation required, simple basic operations). A working microphone and camera are essential (best used on a computer).

You will familiarize yourself with key decision-making methods—their strengths and weaknesses. You will understand the relationships between strategy, goals, OKR/KPI methods, metrics, and measurement models.

Types of Metrics

You will learn what types of metrics and indicators exist, how they differ from each other, and how to select them effectively based on your needs.

Creating Product Metrics

You will learn how to design product metrics from idea, through definition, to implementation. You will practice this skill during the workshop.

Measurement Model in Product Development

If metrics are words, then measurement models are sentences. We will show you how to build models that comprehensively measure product health and tell its story.
