Collaboration between data analysts and business stakeholders doesn't have to end in misunderstandings and frustration. If you're tired of unclear expectations, poorly formulated questions, and analyses that don't lead to decisions—this training will show you how to change that.
You will learn how to communicate effectively with internal clients and build partnerships based on understanding. You will get to know the analytics process model that will organize collaboration, clarify roles and delineate duties, and allow control over analysis quality.
Thanks to these skills, your work will become easier, more appreciated, and will impact business actions. Instead of creating reports that end up in a drawer, you will start co-creating data-based strategy—supporting decisions, inspiring changes, and being a key partner for business.
